Roman founded Athena Advisers in 2003 in a bid to remove the prohibitive cultural barriers present in the international property industry. Today, the company is a highly regarded international property sales network and advisory with a full-service marketing studio. Roman spends a lot of his time curating and developing new projects and working with the Athena Studio to deliver creative placemaking concepts and timeless marketing strategies for global destinations.

A co-founder of Athena Advisers, Nick has built a direct sales team and an international network of introducers for the company overseeing sales of more than €1bn. He has an intimate knowledge of the property investment industry and continues to develop business in the UK and internationally through key strategic partnerships while also advising his clients. Nick has spoken at several property and alternative investment seminars and is widely quoted in the real estate and financial press.

In addition to developing boutique and innovative real estate projects across France and Brazil, Camille works closely with property developers, particularly in the French Alps, Paris and the South of France, helping them to create property developments that will appeal to the international demand that is prevalent for each specific location. With a Masters in French Property Law (Master des Professions Immobilieres), Camille advises clients and developers on tax-efficient structures of real estate investment and development.

With business leadership experience stretching from the US and Brazil to Portugal, David heads up Athena Adviser's Portugal division. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of our Lisbon office, David also advises and structures medium to large-scale commercial property investments in and around Lisbon.

One of the most senior and experienced members of Athena Advisers' sales team, Niamh's diverse client base means she travels extensively to all corners of the world. Her international mindset and experience of working with HNW investors mean she is an expert when it comes to structuring the purchase of high-end properties in France and Portugal.

Charlie has almost 20 years of experience in the Parisian, Alpine and Lisbon property markets with a thorough understanding of property development, finance and management. Part of Athena Advisers since 2006, he has lived in the Alps, Paris and London and now works with an international network of private investors and partner agencies who promote Athena’s opportunities.

With 14 years of experience in Risk Management within the property and property investment in European markets, particularly with French clients, Alex has a considerable understanding of the cultural differences between businesses and consumers when investing in European property. Fluent in French, Alex is an expert at helping clients select the right property investments across our core markets of the Alps, Paris and Lisbon.

Charles-Antoine spearheads Athena’s Alpine operations, liaising with developers and meeting with his network of international clients. Charles hails from Paris, is passionate about the Alps and almost all his work at Athena involves these two areas.

With a strong background in sales and business administration environments within a wide range of sectors, Carlota heads up Athena Advisers base in Lisbon. She works hand-in-hand with her international client-base and Lisbon property developers, connecting them with the right investment opportunities across this increasingly popular city.

Marta is a relocation specialist who has her finger on the pulse of both the rental and property markets across Lisbon. She helps families and investors from around the world seamlessly navigate the processes when moving to Lisbon and its surrounding areas such as Cascais or Comporta. She’s lived in multiple cities herself too, so knows first-hand how important it is to make such a transition as easy as possible. She also runs one of Lisbon's most popular food review Instagrams, which means there’s no one better placed to tell you where the next best place to eat out is (or how a new restaurant could affect an area's property market).

Based in Cannes, Julie works with international clients and property developers to realise their property investment and development goals across the South of France. With seven years of business administration and product management experience across a wide range of sectors from education to the gourmet food and wine industry, Julie has a unique understanding of international clients.

Mathilde heads up Athena Advisers' Client Relations department, which is the liaison between customers, developers, mortgage brokers and notaries, overseeing all aspects of the purchase process. Her team has one goal: to make the property purchase experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible for everyone!

Lloyd leads the communications functions for the business. He works with our developers around the world and our network of Destination Advisers to deliver strategic cross-continent marketing and communications campaigns for some of the most exclusive international property products and companies. An expert in product and corporate messaging, he has the rare ability of being able to efficiently turn new projects into attractive saleable commodities with an engaging position in the marketplace.

With over a decade of experience in marketing and communications, Alix has worked in several industries including entertainment, travel and property. Alix currently heads up the Athena Studio where she creates and executes international marketing strategies and links them with effective sales strategies.

Eva works directly with Athena Advisers' international network of property developers in order to structure the company's global product strategy and package our hand-picked properties and investment opportunities. Working closely with other departments in the company, but also with French developers and partners, Eva enjoys the diversity of her role and the multicultural environment she works in.

Nic is spearheading Athena Advisers' content movement. In addition to contributing to a wide range of topics within the news and Journal sections of our website, she also manages the company's advertising presence in publications like the Financial Times, International New York Times and The Economist.

With a masters in Film Making, Davide has almost 20 years of experience and has worked across almost all aspects of the field, from Camera Operator to Director. His captivating filming, editing, and animation work can be seen across our YouTube channel and also through the projects he leads within the Athena Studio.

With over a decade of experience in both corporate and agency environments, Janine joins Athena after designing for a wide range of industries such as property investment, medicine, insurance, travel and finance. Based in our London office, she is responsible for the look and feel of Athena’s online and offline materials, delivering high-impact marketing assets for both Athena and its Studio clients.

Pedro has collaborated with a range of clients, from brand agencies to one of the largest humanitarian organisations in the world. After university, he completed a specialisation in Motion Design, which means his design talents also stretch to animation.
