From there you'll be able to check out the more technical skiing and new freeride possibilities. The new highest point of the ski area is now in France at an altitude of 2,800m with a view over Mont Blanc and Mont Pourri!
A big draw for this opportunity is the low skier density. La Rosière has a skier density rating of 8.04/10 - in other words, there are fewer people on the mountain compared to neighbouring resorts. Not only does this mean fewer crowds, but it also means that the fresh powder doesn’t get tracked out as quickly. What’s more - you’ll also have easy access to many other world-class local resorts. A lifetime of skiing and exploring awaits.
La Rosière is a 30-minute drive from the Bourg Saint Maurice train station, with its fast TGV trains (and direct service to and from London).
