At the entrance of sunny La Rosière, just a short walk away from the centre of the village and the Roches Noires ski lift, this renovation project from one of the most renowned developers in the French Alps comprises eight spacious south-facing apartments.

Straddling the border between France and Italy, La Rosière - San Bernardo allows high-altitude, snow-sure, but sunny skiing on the French side of the mountain, and access into the north-facing aspects of the Aosta valley in Italy for bottomless powder days aided by the weather systems of mighty Mont Blanc.
A new sector called Mont Valaisan opened in December 2018 to expand the ski area. Located on the French side of the area, to the right of the Fort de la Redoute Ruinée, this investment of €15m has given birth to six new red pistes and one new black slope, catered by two six-person chairlifts: Moulins and Mont Valaisan. From there you'll be able to check out the more technical skiing and new freeride possibilities. The new highest point of the ski area is now in France at an altitude of 2,800m with a view over Mont Blanc and Mont Pourri!
A big draw for this opportunity is the low skier density. La Rosière has a skier density rating of 8.04/10 - in other words, there are fewer people on the mountain compared to neighbouring resorts. Not only does this mean fewer crowds, but it also means that the fresh powder doesn’t get tracked out as quickly. What’s more - you’ll also have easy access to many other world-class local resorts. A lifetime of skiing and exploring awaits.
La Rosière is a 30-minute drive from the Bourg Saint Maurice train station, with its fast TGV trains (and direct service to and from London).
The ski properties
Built by a celebrated developer that is well known for its impeccable finishes and craftsmanship, this intimate collection of apartments marries modern comfort with traditional Alpine charm. The properties feature a traditional facade with metal roof tiles and a wooden facade made from larch and fir.
