The apartments, some of which are duplexes, will have equipped tiled bathrooms, parquet flooring, industrial-style wood sliding doors and equipped kitchens with Bosch and Siemens appliances. It will possible to personalise some of the apartments by adding a cosy fireplace to the living room, a sauna or an outdoor jacuzzi.

The building is serviced by a lift and all apartments come with an outdoor parking space (one apartment also has a garage parking space) and a ski locker with a dryer. There is also a spa with a hammam and a sauna for residents to enjoy.

One of the great things about this development is that all of the apartments are south-facing and offer wonderful views over the iconic Mont Blanc and Aiguille Verte. Apartments on the ground floor have generous terraces and gardens of up to 85 sqm whilst the rest of the properties have private balconies.
