Without a doubt, le Rond des Pistes is the most premium part of Méribel with prices ranging going up to €30,000 per sqm. However, the entry price for this project is €15,400 which is very good for the area, especially when its high-end finishes and exceptional location are taken into account. Some of the apartments are also priced at under €2m which is unheard of in le Rond Point des Pistes area where apartments generally come at €3m.
If future owners decide to rent their property out, they may be able to reclaim the VAT on the property price.
