The three chalets of this project benefit from very spacious surfaces between 182 to 290 sqm ranging from four to five bedrooms, one of which acts as a family dormitory with several beds. The large living spaces are very bright thanks to the large bay windows leading onto the south facing terrace. All these chalets also include a fully equipped modern open kitchen as well as a large mezzanine. A relaxation area with hammam and sauna is included with each property as well as a Jacuzzi on the terrace which allows owners to bask in the sun throughout the day and take in the stunning view of the valley. A laundry room, ski storage room and garage with cellar are also included.
The finishes of these properties are very luxurious and respect the alpine chalet traditions while still fusing the touch of modernity typical of new-build developments. The construction makes use of noble materials such as wood, stone and slate.
In relocating the village due to the construction of the dam in 1941, Tignes le Lac was born, with many buildings erected in the late 1970s in response to an increasing flow of tourists. Often compared to its neighbor Val d'Isère, Tignes is a family resort where sport is the top priority. Long decried, the architecture of the buildings of this village was not at the same level as its neighbour Avalin and was considerably less charming. Aware of their delay in this area, the village of Tignes is now constantly evolving and is gradually catching up with the beautiful aesthetics of its neighbours, offering luxury chalets that are both modern and traditional at a competitive price. The Semper Vivens cabins are an example of this evolution and are destined to become icons of the resort.
Composed of only 3 exclusive chalets, this project enjoys an unbeatable location at the edge of the slopes and seconds from many sports shops, lively bars and fine restaurants. Tignes is rightly recognized as one of the most vibrant resorts in the Alps and offers many activities throughout the year. The facilities are modern and efficient and a wide range of sports are available. The village is also host to several international events such as the X-Games, the Mountain Bike World Cup and the Firemix on the evening of December 31st.
