The alpine residence is exceptionally located in Méribel at a good altitude of 1700 metres, making the most of the exceptional natural light in the pleasant Belvédère neighbourhood.

Why is this opportunity so exciting?

Its main advantage is undoubtedly its ski-in ski-out location right on the slopes, offering future buyers the possibility to leave early in the morning and come back home after a sporty day on the slopes.

The architecture and the quality of the finishes are also remarkable. Plenty of high-end services will be available on-site such as a 25 m swimming pool, spa, concierge, restaurant, bar and even the possibility to access tailored services such as private chefs or taxis

What’s the investment potential?

Méribel is one of the biggest resorts in the world. With a tourist capacity of 37,908 beds and with a growing number of tourists coming in winter and in summer every year, the resort is a safe place in which to invest if you want to rent out your property as it guarantees exceptional yields all year round.

Moreover, future improvements of the resort planned by the town hall will make the location of these ski-in and ski-out properties the best place to enjoy the slopes and all that Méribel has to offer. There are plans to improve the ski lift just near the renovation project and to run until 2am, to enable quicker and easier access to the village centre, its gourmet restaurants and nightlife.

What about the properties?

These two to eight-bedroom ski apartments for sale range from 100 to 373 sqm, offering mountain views, high ceilings, refined and bespoke finishes and spacious en-suite bedrooms. The spaces have been optimised by the architect in order to make the most of the views and bring as much light as possible inside the properties. All the living rooms are spacious and represent for most 50% of the property size. Open plan and equipped kitchens come as standard.

The layout of the apartments will be chosen by their owners according to their preferences. In general, the decoration of the apartment is cosy and traditional with some hints of modernity in order to meet the requirements of modern skiers. All properties come with a cellar, ski room and parking space. Additional parking spaces are available.

What about services?

Bespoke high-end services supported by professionals are permanently present on the ground such as a conciergerie service, instructors, coaches, culinary services, housekeepers, drivers and many others ready to make your stay perfect.

Antarès 1707 also benefits from the largest ski room in Europe. Once equipped, all you have to do is enjoy the pistes of Méribel, in the heart of the 3 Valleys, departing from the Rhodos chairlift. The slopes lead directly to the residence’s large ski room. If you need any ski equipment, just go to the ski shop and find technical clothes or ski gear. A gourmet restaurant, a catering service and a lounge bar are also available to welcome residents after a day on the slopes.

To relax, a sumptuous wellness area has been designed to offer an individual choice to each host at Antarès 1707. The pool of 25x6 metres offers unobstructed views of the mountain and the fir trees thanks to large windows. The massage area offers “à la carte” treatments. The hammam, sauna and Jacuzzi are ideal for those who desire relaxation after the effort of the day. The fitness area features state-of-the-art equipment to get you moving.
