Located literally on the slopes in Les Arcs 1800, Les Cristaux is a stunning ski-in ski-out development, right next to the golf course. The project comprises 27 loft-style apartments split across three buildings and future owners will benefit from access to a concierge service, gym, spa and wellness area.
The apartments are set in a natural location and benefit from excellent views of the Mont Blanc. Nestled in one of the biggest ski domains in the French Alps, Paradiski, these properties have access to the 425km of slopes that compose the domain. The centre of Les Arcs 1800 is accessible on foot via the telecabine which runs late into the night.
All of the properties boast large windows and bright interiors. The apartments enjoy a very high level of finishes and on-site facilities such as ski lockers, storage, parking spaces and a spa area which includes a sauna, a steam room and a jacuzzi. In addition, owners also have access to the extensive facilities of Edenarc which is just next door. Facilities here include the Nama Springs Spa, a restaurant, boutiques, ski shops and a luxury deli.
There is no rental obligation to rent out these properties so you are free to use them as you please. For those who want to generate a healthy income thanks to the resort’s long winter and summer seasons, we can help you put a flexible rental mandate in place to allow you to reclaim the 20% VAT from the above purchase prices.

It is made up mostly of larger apartment blocks and not many high rises. In recent years, the village of 1800 has started to expand up the mountain, providing some more interesting properties. Being so close to villages like Le Chantel, the properties in Les Arcs 1800 offer the same type of amenities but at a much lower price. They are extremely well linked to the other villages and provide a great outdoor playground, in the summer as well as in the winter.
