Méribel - Hameau des Cimes

€3.38M - €3.848M 5-6 bedrooms Sold

Perfectly positioned in the heart of Méribel Village, Hameau des Cimes is a collection of just four new-build chalets  on what is the last centrally located plot within this beautiful resort.

All the resort’s amenities are on the doorstep, including, restaurants, shops, ski lifts and other amenities giving them great scope for rentals in this increasingly popular part of the 3 Valleys.

With such a central location, much care has been taken with the exterior design of the chalets. They echo traditional Savoyard designs and will therefore blend in with the old mountain architecture nearby, using old wood and stone wherever possible.

Inside, each of the four chalets is grand and spacious, with five bedrooms across four floors that offer some 350 sqm of living space. The bedrooms are all ensuite, with some enjoying dressing areas and his-and-hers facilities.

The top floor is home to the main open living space, with large windows and great views available from both inside and on the terraces. This is the main hub of each chalet and is the perfect place for relaxation and entertaining.
