One of Courchevel 1650’s oldest building, Le Roc Merlet, has recently undergone a complete renovation and these latest ski-in ski-out apartments are the final properties to be made available as part of this impressive project.
Originally built in the 1970s, the building is located on Courchevel 1650’s sunniest viewpoint, allowing future owners to enjoy stunning views down the valleys and across the white peaks of the mountains.
The four new penthouse apartments will range in size from 91 to 139 sqm, offering two to four ensuite bedrooms, a spacious living room and open plan kitchen as well as outside spaces of between 9 to 16 sqm. Two of the properties feature amazing south facing cathedral windows, enabling the room to be sunbathed all afternoon long. The interiors are of high quality, featuring wooden floor and walls. Kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped.
The properties benefit from a ski-in ski-out location and have a direct access of the piste du Belvedere, running to the main ski lifts of the resorts. Courchevel 1650, also known as Courchevel Moriond, enjoys a peaceful environment, wide pistes and very good ski lifts connections compared to other parts of Courchevel, making it ideal to enjoy the surroundings and explore the 650km of slopes within The Three Valleys.
A new aquacentre has recently opened, located between Courchevel 1550 and Courchevel 1650, offering 15,000 sqm of various aqua activities, from baby pool to fast lane swimming pool to large wellness area and climbing walls. Restaurants and boutiques are also available on site.
