This brand-new collection of ski chalets for sale in Méribel is located in the charming hamlet of La Gittaz and is just three minutes’ walk from the Olympe ski lift. Offering private spa facilities, incredible views and competitive prices, these chalets are perfect for those looking for a spacious Méribel property in a tranquil setting.
The properties feature spacious interiors with large living areas bathed in light as well as private wellness facilities for resting weary legs after a day exploring the Three Valleys. All of the chalets have a sauna, a massage room and a sensory shower and some also have jacuzzis and swimming pools. Cinema rooms, libraries and games rooms are available for some chalets and all properties benefit from ski rooms, parking and an electric 4×4 buggy for exploring the resort.
In Méribel we often have collections of new-build ski apartments for sale, making these brand-new chalets a breath of fresh air and a welcome addition to the Méribel property market.
These chalets are also incredibly well priced for Méribel given their spacious interiors, private facilities and almost immediate access to the Three Valleys ski domain. A similar budget in nearby Méribel Centre, will often only get investors a ski apartment of around 100 sqm – not an individual chalet that is almost double the size.
All of these chalets for sale are freehold but if the future owner decides to rent out the property on an ongoing basis when not in use they will be able to recover the 20% VAT from the property purchase price. Our dedicated client relations team can aid investors with this process and introduce them to a trusted rental agency from our little black book.
