€2.9M - €3.3M4 - 5 bedrooms1 unit remaining

At 1600m, Méribel les Hauts, where the Casse-Noisette chalets are located, is a very popular area of the resort where calm and nature reign. This part of the resort offers quick access to the slopes as well as breathtaking panoramic views overlooking the valley. In the summer months, this idyllic place turns into one of the most beautiful settings in the French Alps. Amid the pine trees, this area is also distinguished by its authentic architecture, in stone and wood.

The Casse-Noisette chalets adhere to tradition and will benefit from an architecture in line with the resort with a modern touch typical of new-build properties. This development will blend all the characteristics of an authentic and cosy chalet and the tailor-made interiors and bespoke finishes will allow you to make your chalet unique, in line with your lifestyle.

The realisation of this project was entrusted to experienced regional artisans recognised for their attention to detail. The services have been chosen with care to create a warm atmosphere with parquet floors, wooden carpentry, a wood burner in the living room and afully equipped open-plan kitchen.

The chalets have large balconies leading off from bay windows which make living rooms very bright, plus the large en-suite bedrooms include dressing rooms to maximize your comfort. A relaxation area with jacuzzi and sauna is also included with each property. In addition, these exclusive chalets boast a large garden and an underground space in the garage with an elevator, an equipped ski-room and the wellness area.

In addition to its premium location and its remarkable level of finishes, the Casse-Noisette chalets offer prices 2/3 cheaper than equivalent properties in Courchevel or on Méribel's Route des Chalets.

The Plateau area is the liveliest after Méribel Centre. There is easy access to all food stores, bars, restaurants, sports retailers, as well as ski schools’ assembly points, nursery and beautiful restaurant terraces for lunch or a tea break.
