  • Digital Marketing Manager

    JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing Manager

    REPORTING TO: Marketing & Communications Directors

    LOCATION: London SW6

    SALARY: Competitive

    HOURS: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm


     

    The Role

    We are looking for an experienced, proactive and highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager with proven marketing, campaign management and analytical skills to plan and execute the digital marketing strategy for our real estate business. To be considered for this opportunity, you will be a practical digital marketer with experience of designing and implementing digital marketing campaigns using an impeccable level of taste for content, messaging and visual aesthetics.The role requires sound technical knowledge of different digital advertising platforms and systems in addition to excellent writing, editing and proofing skills.. With previous experience in a similar role, you will have a strong ability to tailor digital campaigns towards different audiences.

    You must enjoy working within a fast paced, B2C and B2B orientated environment, one where this hands-on position will allow for great ownership and creative thinking and a fantastic opportunity to help shape the businesses digital marketing initiatives. You will need to be able to cope well under pressure and work on multiple projects at any one time. You will be part of an enthusiastic, growing team dedicated to excellence in a highly competitive business environment and you will be supported by a strong senior management team, led by the three partners, who together are always open to refreshing and innovative ways of improving the business.

     

    Must Do's

    • Optimise and develop the company website to increase traffic and support lead generation goals
    • Lead website development and improvement initiatives across both the back-end (CRM, Portals) and the front end (UX, lead gen, SEO)
    • Manage and deliver cost-effective PPC, retargeting and online advertising campaigns
    • Track lead generation activities and provide reports to support the global directors conversion of leads into opportunities and wins
    • Measure and produce analytic reporting for website and all marketing campaigns (using Google Analytics, SEM Rush, etc)
    • Develop integrated digital marketing campaigns that include social media, emails, PPC, remarketing, web content and videos
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
    • Ensure a consistent brand, unique selling point(s) and messages are utilised across all campaigns
    • Track, measure and report outcomes of key marketing tactics and campaigns
    • Produce keyword rich digital content in line with our SEO and content strategy
    • Identify, follow and utilise new innovations in the digital space to increase our effectiveness and efficiency
    • Produce world-class digital advertising briefs in line with content guidelines
    • Support the Marketing & Communications Directors by creating and updating digital marketing guidance documents and training for these functions where required
    • Follow tone of voice guidelines to ensure that the brand personality is reflected consistently through any campaigns

    Must Have's

    • 5+ years experience in a digital marketing role, ideally with real estate or leisure sector experience
    • Excellent experience of digital marketing: online advertising, paid-for search (PPC), e-marketing
    • Solid knowledge of SEO techniques and the ability to create content which will support the SEO strategy
    • Excellent writing and editing skills (evidence of exceptional content skills and experience is essential
    • Previous Content Management Systems experience essential
    • A common sense approach to multi-tasking & prioritisation is essential. No two days are the same at Athena Advisers, so you will need to be adaptable.
    • Proactive - be solution focussed, identify the challenges and overcome them
    • Experience in managing web development projects
    • Self-editing is a key part of any digital or content marketing process, so you need to be happy to receive feedback, learn from it and edit your own work to reflect that
    • A genuine interest in the built environment, architecture, the property industry, lifestyle, travel and culture is a must
    • Be a naturally curious information sponge, who loves to read and delve into new topics. You must enjoy independent research, and be able to absorb and process new information quickly
    • An additional language like French or Portuguese would be beneficial
    • Degree qualified or equivalent. Additional marketing qualifications beneficial (CIM or similar)
