Slight increase in French rental prices in 201214 June 2017
After a raise of 1.6% in 2011, rents show a normal progression this year of 1.2% a year, according to the observatory Clamor.
In a market characterized by “hesitation demand”, increase in rents is limited to 1.2% in 2012. Eleven regions faced a decrease in the rents up to 1.3% in Basse-Normandie. However, some regions performed well by recording increases higher than the inflation rate. This is the case of the Aquitaine (+2.2%) and the Ile-de-France (+2.9%).
