Making headway in Lisbon’s Mouraria – construction update15 June
Amongst the quiet streets of historic Mouraria exists a unique atmosphere, one that gave birth to Portugal’s famed Fado music. It is here where the sensitive regeneration of one of Lisbon’s oldest and most authentic districts has begun.
Called ‘Amouraria’ in homage to its home, this multi-million euro regeneration of existing buildings and outside space is creating a superb collection of residential apartments, private wellness facilities and commercial space.
The beginnings of this groundbreaking project are now taking shape and once complete the homes available will be able to boast a combination of features, which no other property in Portugal’s capital can claim to have. Private outside space in the form of a garden is extremely rare, but when it is combined with a collection of private on-site facilities including spa, pool and fitness suite, the lifestyle offering of these properties becomes totally unique.
The first phase of Amouraria quickly sold out to a variety of domestic and international investors. If you would like to register to be the first to find out more about the forthcoming new phase, please to our contact page and provide your details.
