Nestled in the sprawling Portes du Soleil ski domain, Châtel has undergone an exciting period of renovation with new ski lifts, infrastructure, services and an impressive aquatic centre. Whilst retaining the charm of an authentic French mountain village, Châtel has grown into a vibrant, dynamic destination. Châtel is a true dual-season resort and the summer months are becoming just as important as the ski season with estimated occupancy rates as high as 50% during this period in the resort. 

Thanks to a number of significant infrastructure investments and a roster of events throughout the year, the resort now competes with its neighbours Les Gets and Morzine, whilst offering more competitive property prices. 

To help meet the demand for tourist accommodation in Châtel, the town hall has allowed a number of new-build projects to be constructed in the area such as this one which is sold with a light rental agreement.
