However, any such transfer will only be on terms that the confidentiality of your personal data is protected and that the terms of this privacy policy will continue to be complied with by the recipient.

Please be advised that we do not reveal information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may, on occasion, provide them with Aggregated Data about our Website visitors and customers.

Where we rely on consent as the lawful basis for processing your data you can revoke or vary that consent at any time.

We guarantee the confidentiality of all data provided. Data transfers outside the European Union

If data transfers may occur to third countries that do not belong to the European Union, We will comply with the legal rules, particularly with regard to the suitability of the destination country in relation to the protection of personal data and the requirements, which are applicable to these transfers, and personal data will not be transferred to jurisdictions that do not offer guarantees of safety and protection.

Supervisory authority

In accordance with the law, the data subject has the right to submit a complaint regarding the protection of personal data to the competent supervisory authority, the National Data Protection Commission “Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados” (CNPD) www.cnpd.pt.
