13th arrondissement

Over the past decade or so, Paris’ 13th arrondissement has undergone a huge change. Once an industrial area, home to the National Library, it has changed into a commercial and community hub. Exciting buildings by world famous architects now dot the landscape, creating unique commercial and residential spaces.

With the city’s centre just a pleasurable 40-minute walk along the Seine and the Lating quarter just over the river, it is surprisingly well connected with the rest of the city, supported by a strong network of Metro and RER stops.
