Hameau du Cuchet is a special collection of just four new build chalets nestled in a quiet private area of Combloux village. This traditional mountain village was for a long time the ‘little brother’ of neighbouring Megeve but today it has grown into a vibrant resort within the Evasion Mont-Blanc ski domain and hosts a multitude of events throughout the year.
At Hameau du Cuchet, the developer along with revered architect Gerard Ravello, are creating a handful of perfect alpine retreats. Reflecting traditional designs of old, the properties will combine Savoyard architecture with 21st century living standards.
Inside, the chalets have been designed to meet the expectations of a demanding clientele, and therefore feature elements such as spacious terraces, internal garages and spacious kitchen dining areas, perfect for après-ski entertaining. Outside, the properties echo traditional Savoyard architectural values, built with stone and wood using age old techniques.
Their plot location also affords them easy access to many of Combloux shops and varied amenities.
